Raaso is a district that newly nominated by the Somali Region of Ethiopia as a district. It located the border between Oromia and Somalia Regions of Ethiopia. It is highly populated area in terms of human /livestock.

This clearly indicates that people live depend on livestock. Although the droughts is one of the common problems in the area but the business is booming, there are demands from its population and surrounded communities. 

Raaso is a potentially business city, it connected in to different places, however, there are things needed to be improved.

4. good relationship with government
5. good relation with neighbouring communities
6. trust and unity among its communities
